Welcome to My Billion Dollar Life, a brand owned and operated by The Billion Dollar Company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:

• Memberships, courses, workshops, webinars, coaching programs, live and virtual events, digital downloads, educational resources, newsletters, SMS communications, email communications, and any other products or services we make available (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any of our Services, creating an account, registering for an event, purchasing a product, enrolling in a membership, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our Services.

By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Some Services require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that compromise the security or integrity of our Services.

Certain Services require payment.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Available payment methods may vary depending on the checkout experience.

By purchasing a paid Service, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, renewals, and authorized charges.

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time through your account (if available) or by contacting us at hello@mybilliondollarlife.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund charges already processed.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access until your account is brought current.

Because many of our Services include immediate access to digital content, educational materials, reserved seating, or limited-capacity experiences, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Unless required by law:

• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable.
• Workshops, webinars, and educational programs are non-refundable.
• Event registrations are non-refundable.
• Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits.

If we cancel an event or program, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduled experience.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

The Company provides educational content, coaching, memberships, workshops, courses, webinars, events, digital resources, and community experiences designed to support personal growth, health education, mental conditioning, and life development.

Our Services are intended to educate, encourage, and provide accountability. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, nor are they intended to replace professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Participation in our Services does not create an individualized coaching relationship.

Ashley Calhoun serves as the coach, educator, and facilitator for many of our programs, memberships, and events. While members may receive guidance, support, accountability, and opportunities to ask questions, these interactions are educational in nature and are not individualized one-on-one coaching services.

An individualized coaching relationship exists only after both parties have entered into a separate written coaching agreement.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. While we are committed to providing thoughtful education and support, we cannot guarantee any particular outcome or result from your participation in our Services.

Many of our Services discuss topics including health, nutrition, weight management, metabolism, nervous system regulation, mindset, habits, supplementation, and overall wellness.

All health-related content is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing contained within our Services should be interpreted as medical advice, medical treatment, nutritional therapy, psychological counseling, or any other form of licensed healthcare.

Always consult your physician or another qualified healthcare professional before beginning any nutrition program, exercise program, supplement regimen, medication, or lifestyle change.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information obtained through our Services.

Individual results vary. We make no representation or guarantee regarding weight loss, health improvements, physical performance, metabolic changes, or any other personal outcome.

The Billion Dollar Company and My Billion Dollar Life are independent businesses and are not owned, operated, or controlled by Trilivy.

References to Trilivy products, programs, or services are provided as part of our educational content and personal experience. Any decision to purchase or use Trilivy products is your own and should be made in consultation with your healthcare provider when appropriate.

Product availability, ingredients, pricing, policies, and company information are determined by Trilivy and may change without notice.

The Company may host virtual or in-person workshops, trainings, webinars, retreats, networking events, and other educational experiences.

Registration may be limited and is not guaranteed until payment is successfully received.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, event registrations are non-refundable.

If the Company reschedules an event, we may offer a transfer, credit, or substitute event at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify event schedules, speakers, locations, agendas, or content when reasonably necessary.

The Company may photograph, record, or film portions of events for educational, marketing, promotional, or archival purposes. By attending an event, you grant the Company permission to use your likeness, voice, or image in these materials unless otherwise prohibited by law.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or recordings, please notify a member of our team before the event begins. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in group images or recordings.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the values of our community. Removal for these reasons will not entitle the participant to a refund.

By providing your email address or mobile phone number, you consent to receive communications from the Company related to your account, purchases, memberships, events, educational content, customer support, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.

If you opt in to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages related to your account, registrations, reminders, customer support, and promotional communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Everything we create is part of the work we've built at The Billion Dollar Company.

Unless otherwise noted, all content made available through our Services—including our websites, web application, memberships, workshops, webinars, courses, coaching materials, digital downloads, videos, audio recordings, graphics, branding, logos, text, worksheets, journals, prompts, frameworks, presentations, event materials, emails, newsletters, and other educational resources—is owned by or licensed to The Billion Dollar Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase or participation gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our content for your own individual, non-commercial use.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute our content.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of our Services.
• Upload or share paid materials with individuals who have not purchased access.
• Record, rebroadcast, livestream, or publicly distribute our workshops, webinars, coaching sessions, or events.
• Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings from our materials.
• Create derivative works based upon our proprietary content for commercial purposes.

We believe ideas are meant to inspire people. We welcome you to share concepts you've learned from our Services in your own words. However, our original content, curriculum, materials, recordings, branding, and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of The Billion Dollar Company.

Many of our Services include opportunities to learn alongside others through memberships, events, live sessions, community spaces, or online discussions.

By participating, you agree to contribute to an environment built on respect, curiosity, personal responsibility, and encouragement.

You agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another participant.
• Discriminate against others based on protected characteristics.
• Share another person's confidential or personal information without permission.
• Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
• Spam, advertise, solicit, or promote unrelated products or services without our written approval.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our Services.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend participation, or terminate access to any Service if we reasonably believe a participant has violated these Terms or acted in a way that undermines the safety, integrity, or experience of our community.

When appropriate, we may do so without prior notice or refund.

Some Services may allow you to submit questions, comments, testimonials, photographs, videos, reviews, or other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content through our Services, you grant The Billion Dollar Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify solely as needed for formatting or publication, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting our Services.

You represent that you own or have permission to share any User Content you submit and that doing so does not violate the rights of another person.

If you provide a testimonial regarding your experience with our Services, you grant us permission to publish that testimonial, along with your first name, last initial, city, state, photographs, or other identifying information only with your permission or as otherwise permitted by law.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, services, or platforms, including payment processors, video conferencing software, social media platforms, scheduling tools, or wellness companies.

The Company is not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

References to third-party products or companies, including Trilivy, do not constitute an endorsement except where expressly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Billion Dollar Company and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Services.

This includes, without limitation, loss of income, business opportunities, data, goodwill, profits, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised that such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Billion Dollar Company and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any law or the rights of another person; or
• Content or information you submit through the Services.

We hope every participant finds value in our community.

However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Service, membership, account, or event if we reasonably believe a user has:

• Violated these Terms;
• Failed to make required payments;
• Engaged in fraudulent activity;
• Shared paid materials without authorization;
• Disrupted the learning experience of others; or
• Acted in a manner that threatens the safety, integrity, or operation of our Services.

Termination under this section does not entitle a user to a refund unless required by law.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

As our business evolves, these Terms may change from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice through our website, email, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
